Returns and refunds

Right of Withdrawal

If you have made a purchase on our store, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the product delivery date, without having to provide any reasons, as stipulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return procedure, you must send a request via email to:

Indicating:

  • Order number

  • First and last name

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Optional reason for return

You will receive instructions for returning the goods.

Conditions for Return

The product must be:

  • Intact and unused

  • Complete with any original labels

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Undamaged

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the seller.

The Customer is responsible for the shipment until its receipt at our warehouse.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days

  • The same payment method used for the purchase will be used

  • The refund will include the product price (excluding any shipping costs, except in cases of error or defect)

Defective or Incorrect Products

In case of a defective product or one different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately via email, attaching:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product

  • Description of the problem

We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
