This document governs the general terms and conditions of sale for products marketed through the e-commerce website (hereinafter "Website").

1. Website Owner

Hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products through the Website to consumers in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these conditions.

3. Purchase Methods

The Customer can purchase products from the electronic catalog by following the guided checkout process.

The order is considered concluded when the Customer receives email confirmation of acceptance.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

  • product unavailability

  • incomplete or incorrect data

  • non-payment

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

Prices indicated on the Website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price charged will be that indicated at the time of the order.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted exclusively online via Shopify Payments.

No alternative payment methods are provided.

Payment must be completed at the time of order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out within 72 working hours from order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the assigned courier.

The Seller is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of product receipt, without obligation to provide reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written communication via email indicating:

  • order number

  • product(s) to be returned

  • buyer's details

The product must be returned:

  • intact

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

8. Legal Guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer has the right to replacement or refund as provided for by current regulations.

9. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • improper use of products

  • service interruptions not directly attributable to its will

10. Processing of Personal Data

The Customer's personal data are processed in compliance with current regulations on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (trademarks, logos, images, texts, graphics) are the property of the Seller or their respective owners and are protected by current legislation.

Any reproduction, even partial, without authorization is prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Court of Teramo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
